Need a hand with a sound, a kit, or a loop? These tips cover the most common questions.
Record a sound
Hold an empty pad, make a sound, then let go. The first time, iOS asks for microphone permission. After allowing it, hold the pad again to start recording. You can also try the built-in sounds without permission.
Keep or share a loop
Open Your kits and choose Make WAV after recording a loop. The system share sheet lets you save or send the file. Sharing is an explicit choice. Your original sounds remain in BopBox until you delete their kit.
Permissions and lost sounds
If recording is unavailable, check BopBox's microphone permission in Settings. If you delete a kit or uninstall the app, BopBox cannot recover its local recordings. Check any WAV files you exported or your normal device backup.

A parent or caregiver can email support@othersoriented.com. Tell us your device model, iOS version, and what happened. Please avoid sending a child's recording or personal details unless needed to solve the issue.
